Database issues
Resolved - Our engineering team as confirmed that the issue with database connections should be fully resolved as of now.

We are seeing a great improvement in database connections but there are still some users that might be affected.

Unable to handle tickets due to Zendesk problems
Resolved - The issue has been resolved by Cloudflare and we are once again able to manage our incoming tickets.

Investigating - We’re currently experiencing an issue caused by an ongoing Cloudflare outage, which is impacting Zendesk - our support system. As a result, we’re temporarily unable to receive or respond to incoming chats, emails & phone calls.

Although the issue is outside of our control, we are actively monitoring the situation and will post an update here as soon as we have more information.
