Unable to handle tickets due to Zendesk problems

Investigating

We’re currently experiencing an issue caused by an ongoing Cloudflare outage, which is impacting Zendesk - our support system. As a result, we’re temporarily unable to receive or respond to incoming chats, emails & phone calls.

Although the issue is outside of our control, we are actively monitoring the situation and will post an update here as soon as we have more information.
