Issues with Exchange

Update

We are still having issues with Exchange for all customers.
For now all features for existing Exchange customer should work just fine. This includes things like password resets, account deletion and changing billing cycle.

Sending/recieving mails are not impacted in any way by this .

We will continue to provide updates as we have any.

We are continuing to work on a fix for this issue.

For now, sending and reciving emails is still working just fine.

Identified

We have identified the issue. Unfortunatley we dont have any timeline for when its fixed.

The issue is currently affecting the following Exchange features:
New account creation
Password resets
Upgrading between tiers
Changing billing cycle
Removing accounts

Update

It is currently not possible to create Exchange account in our control panel. We are working on fixing this. We will provide updates here, when we have some.

This now applies to all customers.

It is currently not possible to create Exchange accounts in our control panel, for customers who does not already have an account. We are working on fixing this. We will provide updates here, when we have some.
