Upgrading from basic mail to Exchange should be possible again for customer in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.

Investigating

Due to an ongoing issue, we have temporarily disabled the feature to upgrade a basic webmail account to Exchange.

We are investigating the cause behind it and will post an update once we have more information.
