Update
The customers that are experiencing issues may notice that it is possible to access these services without any issues at times. The service may however be somewhat unstable and we continue to work towards resolving the issues fully.

Unfortunately, these issues remain for some of our customers. Our Engineering team is working towards resolving the problems.

Investigating
We are currently experiencing issues with our application servers, causing Webmail and File Manager to not be accessible, affecting some customers in Europe.

Our Engineering team is doing all they can to get our systems back to normal as soon as possible.
No email will be lost because of this issue.

We will keep you updated on the progress and resolution of this issue, first update will be no later than 13:00 CET.
