The issue with our online shop not being available has been identified, and we are working on a resolution.

Investigating
We are currently experiencing issues with our online shop, causing websites being blank and the online shop tile in the control panel throwing a server error, affecting some customers.

Affected customers can't manage their online shop via control panel or load pages that have the online shop on it.

Our Engineering team is doing all they can to get our systems back to normal as soon as possible.
No data will be lost because of this issue.

We will keep you updated on the progress and resolution of this issue, first update will be no later than 14:30 CEST
