Update -
Account creation is now working for our existing Exchange customers, however, new customers will still experience difficulties when creating new Exchange accounts.

We are still working with our partner to resolve the Exchange related issue.
At this time there is no change in impact and our teams remain actively engaged to resolve the matter.

Investigating -
We are experiencing issues affecting our Exchange services.
As a result of this, the following functionalities is unavailable for both new and existing customers:
Account creation
Service upgrades/downgrades
Migrations from basic email to Exchange
Existing Exchange accounts that are already created continue to operate normally.
Our technicians are actively investigating the issue and working to restore full functionality as quickly as possible. We will provide updates on this status page as more information becomes available.
