Update -
Update – Our engineering team has begun re-enabling access for affected mailboxes. This process is being done in stages to manage system load.
At present, approximately one-third of the impacted customers have access again, but performance may be very slow or appear unresponsive during this stage. Additional groups of users will be re-enabled once the system stabilizes.
This gradual roll-out only affects the customers already impacted by this incident. No other services are affected.
We will continue to provide updates as progress is made.

Update -
Update – Our engineering team has deployed a fix for the issue affecting one of our mail servers. Delivery to affected mailboxes is expected to be fully functional by tomorrow morning.
In the meantime, affected customers can temporarily receive new incoming emails by creating a mail forward to another mailbox (please note: a forward to a mailbox on the same domain will not work). Messages sent before the forward is created will be delivered once the issue is fully resolved.
During this process, webmail access may be temporarily limited. We appreciate your patience while we complete the resolution.

Our engineering team has identified the root cause of the ongoing issue with one of our mail servers, and a fix is now being deployed.
A limited number of customers may continue to experience delays in receiving inbound emails. Please be assured that all affected messages are secure and will be delivered once the issue is fully resolved.
During the deployment of the fix, webmail access may be temporarily limited.
We expect the resolution to be completed within 48 hours.
